THE MTN basketball league second round action continues today with several games in Kampala and one in Gulu.
Women defending champions A-I Challenge face seventh placed Amazon Rhino in a must win encounter for both sides.

The regional club bronze medallists are in fourth position, having collected 15 points from the 9 first round games.
A win will keep them close to KCC Leopards, Lady Bucks and KIU Rangers for a play offs slot, only if Rosette Meya, Viola Akuma and Ali Mavita regain sharpness at the hoop.
Amazon badly need a win to recover from the seven defeats they suffered in the first round.

Elsewhere, Kampala International University (KIU) Rangers take on Makerere Sparks, while Nabisunsa face rivals Crane High.

In the men's games, KIU hope to put their first round troubles behind them when they play third placed Kyambogo Warriors, while Sadolin Power are up against hosts Gulu Hawks.

Meanwhile, Makerere Sparks took advantage of Nabisunsa's poor finishing to win 58-37 on Friday with Vicky Nassolo and Olivia Mulwana notching 15 and 10 points respectively.

Nabisunsa's Halima Nabusimba and Charlene Kalungi were to blame for missing a dozen seemingly easy shorts although they top scored with 16 and 8 points respectively for their side.
