TANZANIA : RBA Kili League action on in Dar

The popular Dar es Salaam Regional Basketball (RBA) Kili league, rages today at the National Indoor Stadium in the city with four matches on the menu.

Army Basketball Club will take on the University of Dar es Salaam�s Outsiders.
The two teams are placed in the Eastern Conference group. ABC are second placed in the latest standing with seven points from four outings, while the Outsiders are in the fifth slot with four points after winning one match and losing two others.

The group is being led by JKT who are on top of the league table with eight points after winning all four matches, while Tanzania Prisons are in front of ABC with seven points as well.
Pazi, who will also be in action today against Mgulani, are fourth placed with four points after winning one match and losing two others.
Tanzania Prisons will also have a date with tail enders in the Eastern Conference, the Crows. The newly promoted team, which is making a maiden appearance in the money-spinning league, are in the last seven position with three points after losing all three encounters.
The latest standing also shows that Oilers are on a driving seat of the Western Conference group with nine points, while former regional title holders, Savio, are following up with eight matches.
Reigning champions and the former East and Central African champions, Vijana (City Bulls), are in third place with eight points as well.
Chui are in fourth place with six points, while Hope Life, also new comers in the weekly played league, are in the fifth place with the same points.
PT Stars and TM Rockers are sixth and seventh placed with three points each.Another match in today's fixture will pit Jeshi Stars against Don Bosco Queens in the women's discipline.

The women group is currently being lead by JKT Stars with six points. Jeshi Stars are second placed with four points. Cargo Ladies are third placed with four points, while Police Dar es Salaam, have four points as well.
Don Bosco Queens are in the fifth position with three points, while Tanzania Prisons are tail enders with three points.

The league has been organised by Basketball Dar es Salaam and sponsored by the Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) through Kilimanjaro beer.
