KENYA : Blazers go down to debutants Nairobi Aviation

Debutants in the Kenya Basketball Federation Premier League Nairobi Aviation closely beat Abel Nson’s new team Blazers 68-66 on Saturday afternoon at the Nyayo Gymnasium.
Blazers won the 1st and 2nd quarter getting 16 points in both quarters while Aviation had 14 and 15 points respectively in the quarters to put the half time scores at 32-29 in favor of Blazers.
It was in the 3rd quarter that the students overwhelmed their opponents getting 19 points while Blazers could only manage 12 points. In the last quarter Blazers rallied back with a close 22-20 win but it was not enough and Aviation took the day.
